Timings

My memory is spec'ed as 2-2-2,

This means 2 CAS, 2 RAS and is it 2 TRAS or 2 TRC?

And what's good timings to have, low CAs, low RAS, then high TRAS or TRC?

CAS 2, tRCD 2, tRP 2

good timings are usually 2-2-2-6 (CAS, tRCD, tRP, tRAS).

tRAS should be CAS + tRCD + 2
