Timings!

I'm getting a little confused about timings!
Could someone tell me which are the best timings from the below for a tripple DDR3 i7 platform:
8-8-8-24
7-9-7-24
7-8-7-20

I assume that the last will be the fastest; however, will there be any difference between the first two? Between the first and last set the price difference is £15. Is it worth it?

I'd say £15 is worth it, but only if overclocking. Tighter timings at the same frequencies also mean that the ram should OC better at looser timings.

If you just plan to run them at the rated speed, you wont notice any difference.

Right, thanks for that. I guess I'll just go for the more expencive stuff seeing as I'll most probably be overclocking.
