Hi i know a bit about Memory Timings in the sense that i know how to change them.

But what is the actual advantage of Lower Memory timings to higher one?

Is it quicker, more reliable?

Thanks

depends on the chipset the memory is used with. Some give good performance increases at tighter timings while others not so.

Which board do you have?

Aye, performance change is often unnoticeable. All it is is the time (or latency of whatever you are changing) it takes to refresh etc. bit like the refresh rate on a monitor :) (bad example)
