Tinted / Mirrored visor

Right getting conflicting information, was out riding and was blinded by the sun. so figured I would order a tinted visor.

Now being told I can't use it. It does say "Day time use only" and plan on keeping my clear visor on with me.

But it seem strange to not be allowed to protect your eyes from the sun?

It seems really grey area, they seem to class the visor as the same as a screen on the car and having a tinted one is permanent. But you can wear sunglasses because you can remove them, even though visors are quick release.

Wasn't as if I was going to go out at night it in, was going to use it for when its really sunny.

Well its going back, as the misses noticed at the bottom of the bag it came in a yellow warning card saying its not suitable for the country I am in, wish they had said that on the site before I bought it
