Hmm, very interesting. It will be the vcore having the most effect but my first impression is that 0.02v is too little to make a difference of 50 watts... hmm.

Was there anything hitting the graphics card when you took the first reading?
 
Nope, both readings were sat at the ubuntu desktop with folding and fahmon running. It's very odd.
 
Bah, my bad. 93 is actually the idle wattage. The client has hung without erroring. It's just stopped at 4%. Going to reboot and see what happens. I'll post the correct wattage or delete this thread later.
 
The client is messed up. Have to sort it tomorrow. Keeps hanging, presumably because I changed the cpu speed in the middle of a WU.
