I have an Asus P5k Mobo and for various reasons have just had to install XP again. The problem is, i now dont have any ethernet drivers for my comp meaning i cant connect to the internet to download updates.

Ive gone through the ASUS website and its a pain to try and find what you need.

All i need is for my Ethernet drivers to be working so that i can access the net.

Can someone PLEASE link me the right download from ASUS' site so that i can get on with this? I just need my ethernet drivers working. From there i can download what i need.

Im typing this on a MAC at the moment....... its the short end of the wedge.

exactly which p5k motherboard is it? theres more than one, all with different specs

Ive looked all over the motherboard - it just says P5K on it so im guessing its the base model.

I think its Sli compatible but thats it really. Not the wifi version etc.

so click on the download tab, choose your operating system, then click on the LAN icon, pick the area you would like to download from.

Go to download, highlight win xp and the Lan drivers are there!
