tiny pc with pci slot?

Was going to get a ZOTAC ZBOX CI320 NANO, but now want to add a freesat card, so require something with a PCI slot. Purely as a htpc, so doesn't need to be powerful. So what is the smallest quietest option with a pci slot, suitable for a free sat card?

Or would this make life much simpler although it's not dual tuner

Went for the zotac at £195 barging and will just get a USB sat card. Compared to almost that for just a case.
