Tiny windscreen chip

I've got a chip in my windscreen which is probably only 1mm deep and about 2mm wide. In your experience do these things tend to get worse? Should I be bothered about trying to repair something so small, or will it probably be OK?

Post a picture showing the chip and I'll tell you if it's repairable or not

It's kinda like that little dot in the middle of that photo, but none of the extra stuff around it.
