As you can see my cabling is rubbish at the moment. Can you give me some tips:

FOvdOmtW

And this is without the graphics card with two 6 pins! Any ideas?

I have a DVD in the top slot and 2x 2.5 drives in the 5.25" below.
I have the three cables associated with the H100i
The CPU power cable goes nicely under my 7970 normally.
Help!

I'm confused, you seem to have grasped the concept of the cable routing behind the motherboard with only a few cables. :p

Just put them through the hole closest to the psu, follow them around to another hole where the cable needs to come out.

If they can't reach you'll need extentions.

Also cable ties for when lots of cables are in one area can work well.

I have the same psu so you'll have got an 2x4pin cpu power extension cable with it also if its too long to route through to the back and up to the top

Are there no loops on the back of the mobo tray where you can tighten cables down with some zip ties?

Like other have stated basically put the wires into and out of the closest holes to the desired connection. A bit of patience and some ty-wrapping/lacing cord and you should be able to hide all of them.

The majority of them do go behind the motherboard, only half way through as the case is pretty big and the PSU pretty average:D CPU for instance is about 3" too short to go around the back to the little hole in tjr top right.

I've had another go now and it might jsve improved s bit? One less Data power cable and a couple more encouraged to go round the back. I also cheated and used electric tape: D

very dumb moment- i decided to leave out the 'sata power to case' connection as that would require a second sata connection. I've always assumed that powers the lights on the case but it turns out it powers my h100. Luckily my screen, for once, turned on quick quickly and i saw the CPU fan error message!!
