Tips for installing the latest Vista build 5456

Can I install from Xp and reformat the partition on which the public Beta 2 is on and install there, or should I reformat the partition Vista Beta 2 is on and then install the newer version? (If that seems confusing :) basically does the option to format the partition whilst installing Vista actually work?)

Ah cool, I was just rooting around for a DVD ROM drive to bumg into my Vista box to check.
As long as you're all sorted now anyway :)
 
is this available to public beta testers?

if so have you got a link please lol.

i have some keys still from the beta which i havent used as of yet. If not i will get rc1 when it goes live anyways as i ordered the cd.

Not a direct link, but this is the sorta place you want to be looking.
We get all out stuff off Connect and MSDN so I've not had to sign up there myself.
