That is actually a picture of the .html file running on my localhost, sorry wasn't clear enough. I haven't uploaded it yet as I tend to have a habbit of doing all the client side scripts first offline then uploading it and doing all the PHP / ASP side of things after.
 
Looks good to me. You may want to proof read your about me text as theres a couple of errors where you've rephrased and forgotten the rest of the line. Also, it's a bit 'wall of text'. I'd cut it down to succinct points or maybe just add some paragraphs.
 
I agree with the wall of text comment. The background, navigation and titles are all nice and bright but the rather large piece of unbroken text brings is not so welcoming to someone who has just came onto your page.

Minus the bad grammar is some parts and the lack of me uploading any of the core functionality yet, here's a the real web mock up version, if anyone can tell me if its working on their browsers. I've used all the latest browsers but i'm sure someone out there wont be able to load it.
