Tips on new build.

Hi, could any kind fellow please go over my prospective build? This is my first custom build, and so not 100% sure what will work. My biggest issue is the PSU and water cooling, as I am not sure if they are sufficient or overkill. (I do want room to add to my build down the line, like another GPU etc.)
