Titan 420i Tanto - Overclock?

Hi

Received my order earlier this week from OCUK for "Titan 420i Tanto" Intel Core i7 4770K @ 4.2GHz Overclocked Haswell Quad Core Gaming PC

When looking at Control Panel | System it shows "Intel Core i7 4770K CPU @ 3.50 Ghz 3.50GHz"

Not sure if the overclock only kicks in when demanded (makes sense) or if I'm missing something (ie it's not Overclocked or Im just blind!)

Help identify which please.

It is overclocked, "Intel Core i7 4770K CPU @ 3.50 Ghz 3.50GHz" is the name of the hardware. Control panel System properties would always say that even if the CPU was running at 6.0GHz.

Use CPU-Z to check the correct speed
