The top fan on my Titan system (purchased in September) has tarted ticking

tick-tick-tick-tick-tick constantly

It's very annoying. At first I thought the blades where just touching a wire or something, but I have checked and they aren't.

Powering off and on has alleviated the problem a little, its more of a chug-chug-chug-chug sound now, which is slightly less irritating than the tick-tick-tick.

I did notice a lot of up/down play on the spindle of the fan (which hangs upside down so its permanently in the extended position due to gravity.

Another thing I noticed which concerned me for a second, but I suspect it's ok (due to the amount of dust collected) is the PSU fan is not spinning. Has it been disconnected because the main fan is drawing air through the PSU so it doesn't need the PSU fan running?

PSU seemed quite cool, and there is a lot of dust accumulated at the back of the PSU suggesting air is being drawn in from the outside (the PSU fan sends it in the other direction doesn't it?).
