Titan 8900i MK 2 BSOD's

Hi, I recently bought a Titan 8900i Plasma MK II" Intel Core i5 3570K 3.40GHz @ 4.50GHz. Now the performance I am getting shouldn't be what is it. I get fps lag on all games such guild wars 2 and fifa 13. FPS is about 20- 30FPS whether I change settings or not.
Not only that but I have experienced several BSOD's and my computer hangs when I try any option from the BIOS menus. I am now experiencing random hangs when browsing as well. There is something definitely wrong.
I paid £1000 for this machine I don't expect it to hang like it does only after 1 day.

Just rendered something on Sony Vegas Pro that wouldve normally taken much less time on my old Quad Core @ 2.4ghz

I'm now getting BSOD's while playing music and browsing on the internet... I've posted in the customer service but no one has replied, not have they replied to my webnote.

thats because its early morning on christmas day mate. wait till after boxing day. its unfortunate but your not likely gonna get an ocuk member of staff at this time of the day and year.

your covered by 14days dsr and have a 2 year warranty so they will fix it for you.

Yup, I'm aware of that. I've managed to fix it myself though. It was a bad overclock on the CPU. I'm now running stabely at 4ghz but i'm scared to go up higher. I did pay for a 4.5ghz overclock though.... Would it be wise to ask for a partial refund, buy a new case and overclock the CPU myself?
