Titan Fenrir fan

Should the fan on the Titan Fenrir be blowing air away from the heatsink or into it? Wasn't really mentioned in instructions and I'm a complete novice!

I think most people have the air blowing into the heatsink.

If 1 fan deff blowing in but if you put another on it that wants to be pulling so you have a push and pull system, I have done it to my freezer pro7 looks funny but works dropped 10c on idle in these temps..
