Hi all,

Just got my "Titan Goliath" PC (very happy), 1 issue about the overclock.

Windows 7 premium 64 is reporting the CPU at 2.66 GHz; however, in the BIOS I can see it at 3.40 GHz (CPU Clock Ratio X20). For some reason I cannot install the MBoard manufacture monitor as I get an error (guessing this is a Win7 problem). So I assume windows is accurate, any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any help

Well W7 will report both speeds, makes little difference in my experience in regards to SS.

My W7 is reporting the right overclock, I thought you turned off speedstep if overclocking?
I only turn speedstep off when setting and testing any overclock, once your as sure as you can be that its stable id switch it on again, dont really need a high clock when doing something like browsing the net.

I guess all is well,
Thanks all

If you want windows to read the true speed of ur cpu, run windows experience score thing to update it, mine allways showed stock speed till i ran that, was'nt a major issue just annoying to see it now and again lol.
