hi

thats how i tightned it on mine mate its fine just make sure you tighten those thumb screws real tight shame they dont have screwdriver groves on them as that will be properly tight right to end of thread...

[EDIT] make sure u tighten the screws proper while the motherboard is out of the case as u have limited room when its in and its very fiddly..
