Titan Katana - For a friend

My friend is looking for a new pc for around £1000, on looking the Titan Katana looks good.

He seems to want windows 8
The Venom green Colossus case
2TB seagate HDD
and the 280x

This brings it to a total of £1041.90.

I was just wondering if there was anything that offered better performance for around the same price. He also wants it pre-built.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
