Titan Krypt

On ''this week only'' for 435. I'm going to order a new PC so I can ditch my ageing laptop and use a bigger screen for photo editing. I'd also like to play a few games if I can. I'm going for the 22'' Dell e-ips so the max resolution would be 1650x1050.

Would this system be able to handle a few games for the next year or 2? I would like to play Left 4 Dead 2 when its out in a few weeks, would this be up to the task? I had a look at the recommended requirements and the Krypt seems to more than meet what they need, but then again I know very little about computers.

Baring in mind I only want this computer to last for a year, possibly 2 does it seem like it will suit my needs? Would one of the other pre-built systems be a better choice? There isn't a single topic about it on the forums so i'm a little weary!

I was looking at the Titan Goliath (also on offer this week) but it seems a little overkill for me and I didn't really want to spend much.

Nice PC for a good price. "lprevious gen" GPU but still capable of pushing out decent FPS @ 1650x1050.

Yeah, that pc is up for the job but I would defo look into a quad core as more games will be based on quad core cpu's.

The processor is listed as ''AMD Athlon II X4 Quad Core 620 2.60GHz''

Sorry, my mistake, I misread and thought it said Dual Core. Sorry, yeah that will handle your games no probs

Haha, will do. I've ordered it and asked for delivery on Friday, fingers crossed that's when it does come or I'll miss it! My first time ordering with OverClockers and I gotta say i'm impressed so far, the checkout process was very easy to use and well laid out.

Well I got my PC on Wednesday and i'm super happy with it. I went for the Dell e-ips screen as well which is unbelievable, what a difference! I got the Logitech backlit keyboard and a 1.5TB external drive for good luck as well. It was like Xmas when the massive box arrived on my doorstep.

The order was packed very quickly and I was really impressed with the courier.

A very minor point though. When you checkout with OC they give you an option for a delivery date, I picked this Friday so someone would be in to sign for it. Wouldn't you know it I got an email on Tuesday saying it had been shipped on a next day service. I ended up taking the day off work to stay home and sign for it. Kinda seems pointless having the option in checkout...

But yeah, very happy chappy!

How you finding the CPU? Also how is the case? Quiet? Reasonably strong? Would be great if you could answer those as I an thinking of one of these as my next pc
