Titan Quest: Immortal Throne

I was gifted THQ complete pack on steam last year so have decided to finally play Titan Quest. I see there are a few people on here that play it. I am currently a level 29 Earth and Hunting = AVENGER.

I have a few questions,

1. What is gold used for as i have over 4.5 million?

2. I cant see to find any decent bows anywhere

Money will be the most use in Epic/Legendary when you want to create artefacts. Epic and Legendary Scrolls can be 600k-1.5mill.


Got 100mill saved up on my lvl59 Conq, just got onto Legendary so not at the stage of making Legendary artefacts.

Im playing the single player game on normal atm.

Should i be playing the multi player version then?

Your char is saved local so what you do in single player you can take online.

The multi player is terrible. I keep getting cannot connect to server and when im finally in to a game i get kicked 5 secs in, you a have been banned from the server.

you need to complete each difficulty level in turn to get better stuff. normal doesn't drop that great stuff (if anything), epic you start getting better loot then legendary the best (but also increased difficulty). i've never played multiplayer so can't help on that one.

make sure to check all the vendors around the place, they sometimes have green weapons for sale that may be better than the drops, then socket it with a relic for added goodness. as you progress through the difficulties farming bosses for loot becomes more viable as they;re more likely to drop good stuff.

if you don't already use it go for TQVault, it will allow you to store loads of stuff outside the game and combine relics and remove relics without it costing you cash. i also use the xmax mod to increase the number of mobs, check out titanquest.net forums for loads of info.
