I have been thinking about buying a Titan X and a new 4K monitor.
At the moment I game at 1080P on a AMD 290, 120Mhz monitor. For most games I get framerates of 60-100fps depending on the game obviously.
As 4K gaming is still in the early days, would I be crazy to do this? Presumably if I get a new 4K monitor then i'm guessing most games will run at 60fps@4K so wouldn't be taking advantage of any 120/144Mhz refresh rates.
If you guys do think that it's a good idea then what monitor is best to get? Probably looking at 27/28" in size.
