Give it to me straight please. I haven't seen this much Drama since I lived with 4 women....

Currently I got a Titan X. Which Card (From AMD) is the competitor? 390X? When will it be available on Newegg/Amazon?

Don't come in here and have a **** WAR. If this happens please CLOSE THREAD.

Thanks in advance.

If you are asking which AMD card will be the flagship, the answer is the Fury X

If you want best price and soonest availablility keep an eye out for OCuk Preorder. Will be 549 on pre-order

/thread

The Fury X is AMD's Ultra Enthusiast card which will be the rival to the Titan X.

Still need to wait on legitimate benchmarks but various sources say it is on par with the Titan X if not a little faster under Direct3D 11.

I don't think there is much point in switching if you have TX to be honest.

As long as you don't game on a 4k TV and you want to run crossfire and enjoy waiting around in driver threads at midnight on the day of major titles getting released hoping for that darn elusive crossfire driver, if this appeals to you then I would say go for it :p

Gibbo said it could be 650 on the other thread. I suspect it may go higher depending on the events in Europe next week.

Unless you can sell the Titan X and get enough money back from it to pay for the Fury X entirely, I probably wouldn't bother. "Leaks", for what they're worth, do show the Fury X to be a little bit faster, but not enough to warrant spending any money on an upgrade in my opinion.

First I've heard of this. Unless you're talking about that Tomb Raider and FC4 thing, which I don't really put much stock in.

A problem with the Fury X or 390x or whatever it's called will probably be that's it's a bit faster than the Titan X but as time goes by we're getting closer to the next cards from nVidia. Pascal or Titan XXX or whatever it may be. you'd be mad to throw in the Titan X IMO but everyone is different :). One persons's madness is another persons insanity I mean sanity. We're already 3 months into the lifecyle of the TItan x nearly. I also wouldn't be too surprised it Nvidia have something else up their sleave in the short term - dual chip?

If 4K is where the best results are at (which few people use), it's still only around 10% better on average than that Titan X according to thos graphs, after this much time - need a bigger step
