Arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and possession of Class A drug.

Sunderland ace Titus Bramble has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and possession of a class A drug.

The 30-year-old centre-back, who played in Sunderland's 2-1 defeat at Norwich on Monday night, is currently being questioned by police and is in custody in Stockton-on-Tees.

He was arrested in the Yarm area in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said: "A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and possession of a Class A drug.

"He is currently being questioned by police and inquiries are on-going."

Just seen this posted on twitter. Shocked!
Okay, not that shocked, but still... With all that money, can't he just buy a prostitute or something?

When there was that big drama 7 years or so ago about 9(?) footballers allegedly involved in some sort of assault at a hotel I'm sure he was one of those there were rumours about.

He's ******. Might escape the rape charge but will find it very hard to escape the possession charge, if he was actually caught carrying something, and a ban from football.

Do people get banned for possession? Use, yes, but I don't remember possession resulting in a ban.
I can't remember possession resulting in a ban either but I can't remember a player being caught in possession either. I would've thought possession and/or use would warrant the same punishment in football though

95% of footballers are ****s, notice Rio tried to get something from being printed about him cheating on his wife.

Footballers are nothign more than the average working class bloke but earning £40,000 a week +
