TJ03 - 120.3 in top panel?

A question for anyone who has a TJ03. Can a 120.3 rad be fitted in the top panel?

No, not even close without moving the PSU

Yes, but you would have to modify the PSU mounting, and you would, of course loose 2 of the 5.25" bays - although if, like me you have a fan controller it is still possible to get the fan controller in there if you plan it out correctly.
