TJ07 + 140.4

I have seen one with a 140x3.
I don't think you can do 140x4, that will make it 56cm, which is just about the size of the TJ07! We call them 560 or 140x4 but in real life they are bit bigger than 560mm.
Height is not a problem with a custom rad stand but length will be an issue.
 
Thought as much, I had a PA140.3 in the bottom of one a while back, from memory though I can't remember how much room was left over to accommodate the end tanks
