Tmob - Possible to change your bill date?

Has anyone here changed their billing date on Tmobile? If so how did you go about doing it, did you have to just give them a call or go into a shop?

Great, I've noticed my plan is different from the one described aswell. They told me it was going to be 700 Mins and Unlim texts. Now it's 700 mins and 400 texts. Hopefully they'll let me change.

Look on the Price Plan page though

Mine says 400Texts but also has a option ticked for UNLIMITED Texts on the Price Plan page
