Guys,

I have a k800i and w880i on tmobile.

I have signed up to WNW but i dont see to get good speed even when im in a 3g area.

Ive noticed that there is a blue silhoette above my signal when browsing or emailing which from what ive read in a recent post is GPRS.

Any ideas how i can use 3G as im paying for the WNW?

Not a great deal you can do if you're in a weak 3G signal area. If the 3G signal is weak it will fall back to GPRS speeds. Best thing to do is test the data connection when you're out and out, like in a town centre.

WnW still applies to GPRS as well.

If its a case that where you live the signal is poor, you have every right to return the handset to T-Mobile and cancel the contract, providing its within the first 14 days.

Also make sure that in your settings, the network mode is set to dual mode which allows 3g access and also make sure your sim card is 3g enabled...unless you have recently bought a new line then the sim cards will have already been activated for 3g usage.
