That CF791 is actually a VA panel, which are generally somewhere between IPS and TN with regards to color accuracy. But as a side note, I don't think there are that many (if any) ultra-wide TN screens, and most definitely no curved TN screens, at all. So if we're talking about the same CF791, then that's indeed a curved 100Hz 3440x1440 VA panel. And considering that's currently Samsung's flagship model, it probably has an above-average quality VA panel.
BUT:
What type of photography use do you have for it? If it's geometry-critical work, meaning a circle MUST look like a circle from your viewing position, then curved screens are not the most optimal choice, at least on a professional level. Though this usually only concerns CAD designing, etc. Whereas for scenery, etc., it might suffice.
