I've got a friend who wants to upgrade his graphics card but I'm worried about his setup.

His pc is a couple of years old and the psu is only 250W ( FSP GROUP INC Model No: FSP250-60HEN from pc world :o) and I wasn't sure if that would be at all good enough for the 4870. Secondly his cpu is an e4500 and I was wondering if that would just bottleneck the system anyway. Would it be better just to save some cash and get a 4850 or something?

edit: max to spend is £100.
 
With that PSU he'd be lucky to get away with anything much more than the 9800GT ECO models or the low power ATI equivalents.
