To CPU or not to CPU?

I was wondering if anyone could give me a little advice. I'm looking to upgrade my CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) with a GA-Z87-D3HP motherboard. My budget is about £300, any recommendations? I am aware that i can't use any CPU that requires DDR4.

8gb ddr3 ram
Samsung evo ssd 250gig

Mostly looking to speed up video editing a little as i've noticed some lags in places. Was looking at a new GPU but prices seem crazy high now! Dam cryptominers!

Thanks for your reply's guys! Thinking i'll upgrade MOBO, RAM and CPU at a later date when I've got the funds Goping to upgrade my GPU instead. Currently have a HD7970 thinking of going for a GTX 1060
