Nearly ready to install a new loop using all EK parts apart from the addition of a second rad "Black Ice GTS-Lite 120".
After much research on the net, i'm now really not sure whether or not pre-flushing of the new radiators is necessary or not.

Thoughts please...

Flush with distilled. Will need a more vigorous clean if an Alphacool (I have two so I say this from experience).

Always flush. From experience pre flushing old or new parts can get rid of any potential unwanted hazards and problems. I flushed a new rad once and inside was full of metal shavings!

Depends on the make a lot of radiators these days come pre-flushed - I don't know which ones though!

Feser TFC Admiral pre flushed

All used materials are ROHS-compliant.
Once the cores are manufactured and the side panels and end caps Laser etched the parts are assembled by hand before being flushed and pressure tested all in house at TFC. This allows us to 100% control over the quality.
