I was unable to understand your post as it is so poorly written. If English is not your first language then that’s understandable, if it is then you should be embarrassed to be honest.

I didn't know there was an option to buy Saturday and receive Monday.
Anyway, agree with above, difficult to understand what you're saying really.

If it's that you've ordered B Grade and aren't happy that you didn't get extreme speed delivery then I don't know. I would never rely on a Saturday purchase, Monday delivery. That does seem too good to be true.
And you want them to send you a new kit of memory for your inconvenience? Now that just wouldn't be good business, a £10 voucher maybe...

I think his gripe is that OcUK cancelled the order after he sold his existing kit - NOT OcUK's fault!
Saturday for Monday delivery! never heard of nor seen it!

grammer police please :p

never count on anything being there later, if you want stuff like that, you get it when you see it because you know someone else will see it.

Officer Crabtree makes more sense than you.

From FAQ

"No posting OcUK order or returns queries
The forums are not to be used for the posting of existing order or returns (RMA) queries. These can often involve delicate issues such as failed credit card authorisation and are best dealt with privately. You can view our Returns Policy here. You can use OcUK's new Webnote system to contact us about order and return queries.

Please be aware that posting complaints about OcUK or their staff, will result in your forums account being suspended. If you persistantly post complaints, then you will be banned".

ps. learn to spell or type if you're English.

From what I can gather.

He saw some very cheep mem on b-grade.

He phoned to confirm the price was right and that it was in stock and not a mistake.

OCUK confirmed price and he placed an order for delivery Monday.

Monday came and went, no order recieved.

When he phoned they told him they couldn't find the mem and that if he wanted to order it again the mem was a different far higher price now.

But seriously... punctuation, grammar and spellcheck are your friends!

I've had web traders cancel my order before because they've not had the stock to deliever, even though there site states that they had when i placed my order. Unfortunitly there is nothing you can do.
