So today I venture off into town looking to buy a simfree X1 only to have CPW have no stock and Phones4U not offering it simfree - however a rather attractive lady at Phones4U has one herself which she does not used and still boxed and offered it to me for £200 - and she lives right by me, so after work she is willing to meet me to exchange phone for cash - i advised i want to test my O2 sim card in it to make sure it works first which she agreed.

Now considering these retail for £490 or there abouts, £200 seems like a steal, even more so when i could easily get £70+ for my C902 (getting rid because the software crashes are beyong a joke, it spent 3 hours in a crash cycle last night).

What do you guys think?

Oh she said it was Vodafone but had been unlocked as she is with O2 also.

Hmm try the sim if it works and the handset is mint then happy days...

As long as she doesn't report it stolen and get it black listed 30 minutes later :)

How fit is she btw? :D

Yea the stolen thing did cross my mind - but... i know where she works and she also told me roughly where she lives...

Depends on if you like the Oriental look or not ;)

Well it all went ok...

Interesting pics and text messages still on the phone and its still active - so not reported as stolen...

:) :)
