To move or not to move?

Hi guys, I'm after advice after a long weekend of thinking.

I've been offered a new job which would involve relocation from Lincolnshire to Warwickshire. I rent at the moment, so the difference in prices almost negates the position change from a monetary point of view (from <32K to 36K).

The role would be a step up from an assistant sales role to a contract sales role. My issue is that my current position would likely change in the near future and I'd be offered something similar to stay. In the new job I'll be starting at the bottom of the salary bracket for the role but be taking up full responsibilities immediately. This might pay off after 12 months or so, but I would likely be taking a small hit to my standard of living/savings per month by doing so.

I'm 25, so I'm not sure if moving on so soon (been in current job for just <2 yrs) will reflect well or not. What would you do in my shoes?

Current job - comfortable, currently stress free, up for promotion soon, but following promotion there is less room for development
New job - demanding/new challenges, higher level of management exposure, hit on take home pay due to moving for at least first year, more room for development
