To replace the radio or not to replace the radio

So I've got a Fiat Bravo 09 and the default radio supports AUX but there isn't a port anywhere on the dash or in the glove box, I could possibly mod up a port near the cigarette lighter but I'm not great at DIY and don't want to duff it up and ruin the resale value of the car.

Anyone got recommendations, should I invest in a new radio and install that or should I go down the bluetooth route? Never tried them so not sure of the quality

Bluetooth is easier, and gives handsfree calling, but depends if you want to spend that sort of money for a new headunit. Would you use it enough?

For a tenner more can get something like the Kinivo BTC45 which supports aptX and AD2P.

Edit: or TaoTronics (TT-BR03) seem to do the same thing but for £15, I'm in a similar situation and will probably try the former or latter.
