Someone i know claims disability benfits, yet is as fit as an athlete.
Not only that but this person runs a small buisness from their home for computers, pirated games and software etc and i have even witnessed drug dealing by this same person.
I know i sound like a snitch but this person is a huge doosh bag and piece of human garbage.
What would you do ?

Don't see why you wouldn't do it, unless you can see serious repercussions and fear for your safety.

The correct thing to do would be to stop his behaviour in some way or another, but in some circumstances I wouldn't like the responsibility on my shoulders of being the person that drastically altered somebodies life, possibly for the worse.

It really is entirely dependant on you as a person. If you would feel happy to see him taken down a peg, then shop him in. He does sounds like a real jerk.

**** I've been busted.

No seriously as above, why does it concern you ?

I've had to earn 300k in CASH and my quality life is no better if not worse than some of the skanks around me. I should be bitter shouldn't I ?

On a serious note, report them. It's yours and mine money he is taking and he is breaking the law as well.

That's a very bizarre set of morals you have there. You wouldn't want to stop someone committing fraud and having a good jolly at (dare I say it?) the tax payers expense because you'd feel bad that their quality of life would be changed?
Best let that robber get away with robbing that house eh? Wouldn't want him not having the 50" telly he's putting into his [stolen] Transit. Imagine how bad life would be if he didn't have that!

Edit - Didn't see your 'in some circumstances'. Convenient get out clause I suppose. Say something, but say nothing at all...

The drug dealing is the breaker for me. I have seen too many lives ruined by drugs.

Call the Crimestoppers hotline

You are only posting here to get confirmation on the decision you have already made. Therefore you will ignore any post that contradicts your choice.

So.

Shop him in.

Or don't.

:)

Drug dealing is the big issue for me. That would be the reason I would call the authorities.
