What would you do. Basically I've emailed BFG who will RMA my card because of the electrical noises and whining which I get from it, when under full load, most noticeable in 3DMark06.

However, what are the chances of getting an even worse card though? i.e more noisy???

Also, how long does the turn around take... I'd be lost without my PC! :p

Thanks for any input.

RMA it. You shouldn't get a worse one if they've agreed to RMA this one. They don't exactly want to go through RMA again and they won't want to give the same customer a dodgy product twice (really really bad PR).

RMA shouldn't take long but I've not gone through it with BFG. You could always ask their customer services... In the mean time do you have onboard or another gfx card?

If you can't put up with it rma it, theres a small chance you might end up with the next one doing it but theres no way of knowing till you try.
My evga one here does the same thing but I,ve grown used to it plus the fact I haven't got a spare card ;/

Cheers guys, no I don't have a spare so I'd be without a padle (as they say) until I get the replacement one. Hmmm I don't know if I should just put up with it or not, as I think the only reason I hear it in the benchmark is because there is no sound. When gaming, I don't really hear it.

Hmmmmmm!
