am putting together a little editing rig with some gear from an older pc (just been upgraded so thought I could put some swapped out components to good use) - it's in a system with an MSI Z97m gaming mobo and a i7 4470k cpu - the old system had 16gb of 1866mhx ram - I would be doing (if all goes well) quite a bit of video editing on the system, but I'm curious to see what some other folks might think about if it's worth upping the ram to 32gb (I believe it will help with things like editing - I might put an odd game on there like LoL or something similar) and what sort of an overclock on the cpu might be possible. I will ask this in the overclock forum too but I'm just wondering what I might expect from a system like this.
