To upgarde or not to upgrade

Hi all.

In real terms would I throwing money away in wanting to upgrade my PC, see sig, to either a X99 or Skylake.
It is only a games PC and nothing else, I know a the GPU’s need sorting out, 980Ti or Titan X would be nice.
If I did change the rig it would be for a smaller form factor.
If I don’t change would like to find a case where the mb sits horizontal with a window at the top.
Sorry for the long read, but I’ve been thinking about this for weeks and cannot make my mind up, so if you were in my shoes what would you do......

I would stick with the cpu or maybe try to pick up a 3930k for a good price. I would sell the 670's and get a single 980ti. Apart from that I don't see the performance difference of going to X99 or Haswell worth the outlay.

I got a skylake and apart from it giving me a serious rock hard... neck... Its just really placaebo.
What you have plays any and all games, and I think that a single card would be the way to go first.
CPU maybe next, although at 4.7Ghz, its not going to find any games to be a real pain.

I think what you have, is fine.
