Toad Ai606 alarm issues

Not started the VW Golf for past few weeks and today after reconnecting the battery, the siren started making constant clicking noise and led light stays orange. I’m unable to start even after trying various button options on the key fob. The fuel pump is priming, so think this is an imobilser issue.
I’ve replaced the car battery and fob battery but still same issue.
Also checked all the fuses, as well as in-line fuses.

Is there a internal battery on Toad AI606 alarms?

Any help will be appreciated.

i had this alarm , when my battery went flat and couldn't start it, the alarm would sound when trying to start the car

need to charge the battery
