I was told Toast 8 Titanium was a great buy, and a 'must have' for my macbook pro. I went to the roxio website and see its $79.99 after a $20 mail in rebate, so normally $99.99 (same price for download and cd-rom version)
It seems a lot for a burning program, as I can alredy burn cd's and dvd's with my mac with freeware software. Then I noticed there was a uk buy site, so I directed my browser to the uk roxio site. The UK price for the download or cd-rom version of Toast 8, 69.99 uk pounds! (not sure how to get pound sign on my us keyboard)
69.99 quid is hardly $79 what a rip off. Don't think I will bother with a company that want to rip me off, as I wanted the download version. Why should it cost me a lot more, to download the same program?
