TOCA Race Driver 3 help

This is going to sound lame.....but is there a cheat code to unlock all the cars and tracks?

Let me explain: I really don't enjoy the races all that much at all. I enjoy time trials. That's all I really play. I'd like to be able to get to all the cars and tracks without having to go through all the races, which are nothing but a chore to me. I just love picking a car and a track and going around for hours trying shave fractions of a second off my best times
