TOCA2 suddenly wont work???

My setup is in my sig and I've recently reinstalled my OS (Win XP Pro) - trouble is I came to install TOCA Race Driver 2 last night and it doenst work.
Installed no problem, applied the 1.2 patch, loaded the game but when I start a race, the screen judders uncontrolably and eventually locks up!?!? :confused:

I then have to tab back to the desktop and shut the game down in task manager!

The main change I have made since I last had it working is going from an nVidia BFG 6800GT gfx card to my ATi X1950!?!?
I've got the latest drivers as far as I know and cant think of any other changes that could affect this???

Anyone got any ideas???

I seriously suggest you consider buying a new rig......

If I were you I'd read the rules relating to sig size as well whilst you're out buying your new rig........

No-one has told me my sig. is too large!!! :confused:
