From the 96 liability date I think you can assume thats when it was scrapped. Of course it could be raced off road, they were so light after all or its sitting in someones old barn waiting to be restored in a hundreds years time

My old car says the same thing but I know the guy registered it as scrapped and is actually racing it in motocross
