This is so bad they should end up in prison for it. One of my workmates bought it in saying how brilliant it is and its awful. I grew up with a lot of those songs but Showaddywaddy have murdered them. Please die and leave us alone. Theres a time when you have to stop and this is it.

Imagine the worlds worst Dub, then sort of combine it with the worlds cheapest keyboard played by the Inspiral Carpets and the kind of music you hear in Homebase and you got that album.

Found some tracks off that Showaddywaddy including Jeepster and Denise (Denis Denis) and its bloody awful. What the hell are they thinking?
However, the musicianship isn't too bad and far above when I sessioned for them back in 81. Yes, it was at Jollees, Stoke On Trent and they played six nights on the trot and I was in the support band. On the 4th night the rhythm guitarist didn't show and I was drafted in but was setup offstage so none of the audience could see me. I played for two nights and they were a fantastic act then but it just goes to show that theres a time when you should give up. The six tracks I've heard are truly awful.
