I think the cut off time is about 4:00.

If I was you I would just get the OCUK one and then overclock it if you want it to run faster. No need to buy a factory overclocked card as most will do that speed with no trouble at all.

The OCUK ones are normally just one of the main brands that they have got the best deal on recently.
