If you want a monitor for gaming, the Hanns.G is great, perfect for both PC and consoles. The only weakness of the Hanns.G its not ideal for work/professional use but as a gamers monitor it is ideal.

Yeah would be just for gaming and general pc useage, do you happen to know what its like for pc/laptop via hdmi? reason I ask is I have a samsung 23" lcd tv atm, it has all sorts of connectors including dvi and hdmi etc etc, pc is connected via dvi and is good quality however if I connect my laptop via hdmi the quality is horrendous, connect the same laptop to either my 40" or 26" lcd in other rooms and its perfect. I use the laptop for sky go as its one of my registered devices and my wifes being the other, when shes watching the soaps etc in the living room im stuck up in my study to watch the GP and footy
