Correct due to the volume they produce then cost per unit drops. The biggest part of the cost is the actual manufacturing process, not the material costs. So the more they make, the cheaper each unit costs.

It's simple supply vs demand = cost

Considering each one only costs them pennies to make, and its retailing for £18 (on sale now for £15) they have a massive price up and heir profits will be in the X x1000%'s per one.
