Who deals with RMA requests on the VTX card ? Cant seem to find a website for them, and its offered as 2 years warranty. Is it all done through OcUK ? Is this card reference cooler too ?

"designed specifically to support the Intel Core i5 and Core i7" - so NOT suitable for Core i3?!?

My OcUK Primo Ignition came with this memory and an i3-530 (it now comes with an i3-550 :( and the same memory ), so can I send it back for a full refund as it is obviously "unfit for purpose"?

Actually, it works like a dream - although the PSU did die (taking the mobo with it!) a few months ago - could this have been a memory incompatibility issue?!?
[In case you're wondering, it was swiftly RMA'd and is now going strong - cheers OcUK Support]

Seriously, why do they specify i5/i7 but not i3? Surely RAM is designed for a chipset (H55/P55/X58/H67/P67/Z68), most of which support i3/i5/i7. I would decipher "specifically...i5/i7" as meaning "socket 1366" (or the SandyBridge equivalent), which is obviously not true - unless I've been sold a pup.

PS Great price on that i5/i7 memory!

I think they are making people aware of the fact that is an issue for Sandy Bridge (1155) platform. The memory is 1.65V and is fine for i3/i5/i7 1156.

Regarding the i5 550, just bad luck I'm afraid.
